We are ALWAYS looking for highly motivated clinicians to join our team! We are specifically interested in working with fully licensed therapists who have experience/training in the areas of Trauma, Eating Disorders, and/or experience within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Here at Azalea, we commit to encouraging our clients to care for themselves while working
through the painful areas that may leave them feeling fragile, and helping them fill those spaces
with strength and healing. We believe our clients have the strength within to heal and we commit to working with them to create the life they want to live. Our clinicians also believe in the importance of self-care for ourselves
so that we can serve our clients well.
We also work to uphold a culture of openness, connection and lifelong learning. We work to bring our clinicians together in ways that are supportive and not overly competitive, knowing that the clients who are intended for each of us will find us. We believe in a perspective of abundance and growth, for our clients and ourselves.
It is essential that our providers align with our vision and core beliefs.
Each of our clinicians holds a strong anti-racist, inclusive, and growth perspective.
We believe in equity, transparency, and humility as we continue to grow.
We commit to practicing with vulnerability while keeping and teaching healthy boundaries.
We commit to protecting each other as we grow personally and professionally together.
All positions at this time are W2 employee positions and remote at this time, with office availability for those times you may not want to work within your home. We require a Master’s degree in mental health, a full State of Michigan license, and a commitment to hold 15-25 client sessions/week. If interested, please submit a resume and personalized cover letter (or video introduction!) and three references to Laura@azaleatherapy.com
